Strand ("we," "us") operates StrandConnects.com. We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to review founding member applications and keep you informed about Strand's launch, and we never sell your information.
When you submit a founding member application, we collect your first name, city and state, and email address. Our website host may also collect routine technical information (such as IP address and browser type) in its server logs, as nearly all websites do.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Our website and application form are hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf. We use service providers only as needed to operate the site, and they are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
This site does not set tracking cookies or run advertising trackers.
We keep application information while we evaluate founding members and prepare for launch. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under California law. To make a request, email support@strandconnects.com — we will respond promptly.
Strand is intended for licensed professionals and adult clients. This site is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
